What we did
Design and build
We worked closely with the ONS business process owners to design the processes for ServiceNow and identify where we could mature existing core ITSM processes. Through cycles of build and demo, we were able to efficiently finalise the build sufficiently within schedule.
Implementation and delivery
We were able to collaboratively implement ServiceNow within project deadline, ensuring there were minimal issues. The delivery was well received following a couple of false starts.
Knowledge transfer and training was provided to ensure the client was able to support and manage the tool. Due to the success of the project, our client has engaged with us to provide future enhancements.
