Analysis of Audit Requirements
We carried out in depth analysis of the audit findings to ensure the implementation of ServiceNow would meet the standards and compliance regulations.
Managing the culture shift and adoption of the new tool were imperative for the success of the Project. We supported IG with business change activities, including carrying out demonstrations, training and knowledge transfer.

Working with several other areas of the business (HR, Marketing, Facilities) we were able to facilitate and implement the on-boarding of non-IT services.
